Estimated Shipping
All items are shipped out as First Class Mail via. USPS. You should receive your package in 3-5 Business Days.
Shipping dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and holidays.
Shipping Notification
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.
Processing Time
When placing an order, there is a 2-3 day processing time for non-custom orders. This means it takes 2-3-to process your order before shipping your item.
Special Orders | Custom Orders
The customer has 48 hours to cancel or change a custom order after it had been placed. After that, NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN considering it is custom.
All of our items are custom-made to order and require 3-5 weeks for production time to ensure a certain level of quality. However, our 3-5 week timetable is a rough estimate. Some pieces are produced sooner and are sent out as they are produced. We give ourselves this time frame to meet all expectations and ship out beautiful custom pieces for all of our clients around the world, considering your item is handcrafted and personalized just for you!Special orders and non-custom orders will be shipped together if purchased together.
